We shifted into our condo in September but still haven't obtained our $100.00 giftcard. I talked with somebody that guaranteed me it had been the complex that hadn't answered for their faxes. (not my problem). By June 20th nevertheless no giftcard. He also guaranteed it'd be shipped out after seven days, again-this didn't occur. Easy math claims if they're getting the home $375.00 per confirmed rent and never giving out gift-cards they're performing very well!!!
