I purchased two of the exact same kind of storage cards from their store, particularly 2 x 16GB, Course 6, SDHC cards.

Type 6 describes the read/write rate of the card, course 6 gaurantees no less than 10mb/s read/create. Our system wont use slower cards.

Got email on purchase evening itself stating purchase is likely to be sent within two business days or even setbacks is likely to be informed by mail.

Offered it per week, no purchase, no-follow up mail about delays.

Delivered mail enquiring whereabouts of product. No reply. Attempted phone number. Quantity not being used.

Did google search with scary outcomes. Educated Portsmouth Trading Standards and informed my lender to start chargeback processes. Sent information packages again, having a powerful worded notice. No reply.

Products arrived 10 days after purchase. Nevertheless, products weren't in unique appearance or covered. Further examination displays the storage cards to get been renamed from SanDisk cards having a handwritten tag.

Found a serial number about the storage cards and named SanDisk straight, and requested them concerning the qualities of every card. Each were 16Gb, but despite tag declaring course 6, both were school 2.

Sent business again requesting returns authorisation number. No reply.

Have delivered clearly worded mail with evidence of treachery to datakits cc'd to portsmouth trading requirements declaring my privileges underneath the Purchase of Products Act 1979 to refuse products never as explained, unfit for objective and never of acceptable quality.

Am prepared to follow this up so far as I have to visit understand this fixed.
