Do not trust websites that use this method of payment

Don't trust sites that use this method of payment!!! This really is kind of like paypal except with no protection functions. They'll consider your cash and provide it towards the merchant like they are designed to but when you protest the product wasn't as explained or you never obtained your product they'll state "All we are able to do is ahead your communication towards the vendor". Don't trust them or any website that employs them like a type of cost. Risks wont work possibly they'll state "Please watch for vendor's reaction, thanks" WTF??? Aarrgghhh.
