I paid $24 shipping for a top about 2.5 months ago and I never received my package in the mail

I paid $24 delivery to get a top about 2.5 weeks before and that I never obtained my bundle within the email. I have been speaking using their customer support which lady continues to be informing me they went out-of covers and also the next cargo could be coming soon. She also stated that they delivered out my top quite a long time before and that I must have obtained it of course if used to donot then it'd return to their California factory. But I've requested a number of things and I've never-lost a bundle. This lady stated that they recently delivered out a high for me personally and I'd have it by Friday, but I am still waiting. It is method overdue today. I dont believe i'm going to be getting something. Wtf.
