Missing refund

I requested a replacement battery for my lawn mower from Battery Broker that was displayed on its site like a Bosch battery immediate alternative. While it came it wasnot produced by Bosch and wasnot such as the one I needed. I delivered them for them consistent with their conditions and terms and obtained an email bill on 15th March stating the reimbursement could be created within thirty days as needed from the Length Selling Regulations.

After over 30 times nothing have been obtained, and so I e mailed them again. I'd an answer which apologised for that wait and stating they might pursue their records office.

However nothing etc 25th April I emailed them again, this time around requesting a bill from Msoutlook once the email was exposed. Nothing continues to be obtained up to now 10th May. I tried calling the amount provided on the site but this really is no aid whilst the choices consider you around in groups.
