Won't refund unintentional charge

Nov. 21 - I found the Bidmacs site through an intriguing ad on the Weather Channel site.
I had difficulty navigating through their screens but was able to input my charge card information (imagine that!). Then I got to a screen that indicated it was going to cost $149.99 and was shocked because I hadn't seen any prior mention about that. Since I hadn't 'selected' any options, I just closed out the screen. And then the charge appeared on my card. On my first call I was told I should have hit a cancel-button, but they would refund my $149.99. That was 8 phone calls and 2 months ago... Now the last 3 times I've called I get a recording telling me to leave a message...
