Ultimately of February I purchase a product on ioffer.com, with the checkout, I settled the vendor by Paypal.

Today currently May 5th, my order never got delivered out of this vendor called as Yin Sheng, yinzopv999@hotmail.com

I required often with Paypal criticism division to research this issue, since I have never received my purchase.
