This website is very fishy and fraudulent

This site is extremely bad and deceptive. It's related to a technology from runs. They claim you will find legit and confirmed by paypal and yet you may also use paypal to pay for after which their website strangely failures when attempting to login once they have obtained your individual info. Don't allow you to sign in, don't allow you to alter the code, don't actually allow you to totally take a look at. After which when attempting to utilize their online talk, internet aid, the repetition informs me "it's your condition". Wtf?!?!
