Taking money, not shipping CD and T-shirt

I requested more than per month before from these assbites and despite SEVERAL emails, lengthy delays, and telephone calls they've not delivered the item I settled great income for. I requested an expensive Disc and tshirt from Good Charlotte evidently through topspin press plus they haven't delivered the merchandise. I'll be processing a with IC3 of course if required I'll collect others they have cheated out-of cash and begin a-class-action suit against them.
