Unauthorised debit to my card

On 11th March I provided my charge card facts for this site about the proviso that my bill WON'T be debited without my agreement. Despite their guarantee my card was debited AUS $36.98 anyhow, with nothing provided in exchange. I had been scammed which site ought to be researched asap and funds returned. I'm furious that lots of others should have been robbed aswell.
