Unauthorized charges

The corporation continues to be tearing me down since last December of 2 costs of $ 14.95 hasbeen removed from my bank account every time for no cause. I attempted to contact them, I talked to some really ridiculous guy who sed that I'd need to cope with my Lender to stay this case. I named my lender, documented the problem, terminated my aged check card, completed their paperwork as because of their demand and believed my issue was around and went recently to check on my consideration and realized that this same Organization could consider the costs out again using the aged bank card simply because they did not need to get a brand new authorization signal. Therefore needing to refile the challenge again with my Lender. This case is a complete headache for me personally also it appears to be a issue.
