They promote a totally free VIN research, then let you know they've the data for members-only. Once you spend, they provide any seach however the VIN research. The web page goes through the exact same groups, without any benefits for almost any VIN research. I submitted a criticism and certainly will attempt to get my $19.95 back from PayPal. Absolutely DON'T provide them with a creditcardnumber! This can be a rip-off!
