Not paying winnings

I bought seats on below for that euromillions pull, i gained a little quantity and had it put on another purchase. I gained only a little about the minute pull and today I've been looking to get them to pay for me for just two weeks plus they also have a reason. They declare to possess delivered it Dec 7 also it might have a week, then it had been two to three months after which it had been' oh well the holiday hurry blah blah blah" i offered them the mailing address plus they responded requesting it within the same mail I'd givem it for them in. I told them I had been moving and required the check before I quit... 2 weeks away. And it never came. They've never paid me. Today I'm looking to get Credit to come back the costs.

I'd not recommend purchasing seats on euromillions.com (they've now been plugged from the German government... I reside in Croatia) since whenever you get anything you might possibly never have it. I've never gotten my small profits. They possibly wish that individuals won't follow little benefits plus they get thicker this way. I actually do think they're also inexperienced.
