These people are crooks and very unprofessional

This type of person criminals and incredibly unprofessional! They've destroyed my first vacation in 8 years by rescheduling my purchase significantly less than 24hours before I am due to depart. To increase the insullt they attempted at fault me due to their errors declaring that since I had been rude to team their is nothing they are able to do for me personally. Newsflash I had beennot rude I went simple in it considering they created an enormous $#*! Up and quit me annoyed and furious. They actually had the cheek to inform they cannot place the cash back to my consideration which I've to hold back for check. Newflash a check is not adequate! They've got £503.14 of my cash! Do for godsake prevent the corporation for the mentalhealth!
