Did not get $159 refund as promised

On 9/25/10 I registered with Swipe Deals-After I understood the things they were performing I approached them-and stated stop my consideration and reimbursement the $159. They delivered me types to complete, that we did and delivered back immediately. Subsequently on 10 I had been informed my demand hadn't been prepared, delay 28 times and check again. On 10/25/10, approached them again, was informed my consideration continues to be acknowledged.By today, 1/5, I still have not received the credit. If this isn't a FRAUD, then what's??? Today they've an web publishing informing how simple it's to obtain a reimbursement—DON'T BELIEVE IT!!!
