Loses documentation, scam

Freeshipping.com is just a fraud and that I would recommend not slipping due to their bonuses. I sumitted more than 10 statements plus they prepared only 2 (how handy the only two they "allegedly" obtained equaled the price of the support). After calling customer support, their only reaction was "sorry we did not obtain your paperwork for that others". I browse the fine-print, maintain really comprehensive documents and also the paperwork was shipped soon after acquisitions. From the period you take into account what you purchase stamps, etc. You are spending them for only an inconvenience!
