Purchased 3 things beginning of Nov, got them shipped to Viaddress.

USPS said delivery tried 15th Nov and then finally delivered 29th Nov. Even though the items were delivered, they never appeared in my suite, Viaddress finally recorded the last one as been delivered 15th Dec.

Great I thought, things are moving along. Another email explained they had just changed premises and received a massive backlog of deliveries, this in part could explain the delay (but the customer service side is still really poor).

I immediately consolidated my items and paid for shipping. Now when I log on and check, it still says I need to pay for shipping!!! I've emailed them and logged "another" complaint via their new web process, all to no avail. 3 weeks later and still no shipping details, no response to emails or their web based complaints system.

If I ever get my stuff I believe it will be a minor miracle, the customer service is so poor it is beyond belief.

Maybe my stuff is gone for good, if so I'll have to file a credit card dispute so at least I can get my shipping money back.

If I ever get a response, my stuff sent to me or another month goes by (yawn) I'll update this complaint.

I don't work for another consolidator, my suite number is A915200. Come on Viaddress, do your job!
