Mongocard required cash from mt consideration, which was not aurthorized. Spoke with customer support representative. He mentioned that cash cash could be positioned back to consideration, howeveer it's not been positioned back. When I contact the amount for Mongocard I dont get an answer. I would really like my money-back in my own account ASAP.
