Charged credit card 87.13 without permission

They advertised acai weight loss product online for $3.95 shipping. I ordered online. Cancelled within stated time period. They charged my credit card $87.13 without my knowledge or my authorization. Their phone doesn't answer, their mailbox is full. I trusted them because they used oprah in their advertising so i figured if she was involved it would be okay. I am assuming that i got ripped off - i wonder if oprah is really involved with these con artists or if she is getting ripped off by their using her face and reputation without her permission or authorization.
