I caught to complete a training course with Michelangelo Lopez. He operates the college of web technology. I paid him $1000. Dollars. Silly me I had a need to insert him the cash.

After encouraging me he'd swimming my cash with others so we're able to examine and apply the course he began making reasons why he did not wish to accomplish the program.

After I called, he'd state call-back, my mother-in-law is dying etc. He started to get upset with me that I had been requesting a return

Their pet and mouse game continued for weeks till he set into me having a profanity based tirade.

I really donot assume any option but I do want to allow others in about the fraud he operates. Anything you do, do not spend this master of fraud a penny of one's cash!
