J3 cover company is a scam

I purchased a club address from j3 address organization in Ontario. They clam the addresses are created in europe, but that's dubious because they WOn't reveal the manufacturer area. A few of the sewing was cut from the container. I do want to go back and also have it set, however they claim I will just deliver it back at my own personal cost. I acquired estimates for delivery and its own around $100! I possess a large vehicle and might generate it back myself, although not permitted. They clame the addresses are created in Europe, however they get really argumentative after I inquire about the manufacturer area, J3 address organization is just a fraud!
