I was given the wrong items and they refused a refund

Be CAREFUL that which you purchase out of this organization. I had been provided the incorrect products plus they declined a reimbursement (despite the fact that the things were boxed and abandoned). Alternatively they offered a credit notice and desired to have a 10% handling charge. I called HQ and talked for their store-manager who have been both exceedingly unhelpful. Prevent when possible!!
