World Fit/Smile Bright
Scammed me with unauthorized charges!

I ordered a "free trial" of Smile Bright, and now I'm getting charged $87 per month for a tiny tube of toothpaste I didn't want. Plus, the company has added a "World Fit" charge of $24 for something I didn't sign up for at all - apparently they give me "weight loss advice" via my email (spam!) for $24 per month! I never knowingly signed up for such a "service". The toll-free number ("customer service") is a separate company where phone jockeys read from a pre-programed script and are not authorized to give any satisfaction; plus they refuse to let you talk to a supervisor (basically, it is a roadblock instead of customer service). I've cancelled the "subscription" (which I never subscribed to), and I am disputing the charges on my Visa, but I do not know if I will be successful. This is a true internet scam, which snowballs into additional charges from sdditional "companies" that provide no product or service. As far as "SmileBright" goes, I have returned the product via certified, return-receipt mail, but the charges for the product have not yet been removed, and a new charge has appeared several days before additional product has arrived. Do not fall for this scam. It is a snowball scam, and should be SHUT DOWN.
