I expected for and paid to get a onetime look up. Now they're charging me 19.95$ each month. Used to do not subscribe to a regular acc. And do not want one. How do i make sure they are stop and obtain my money-back? I've been not able to email them or obtain a telephone #. They change their name each month so my billing co. Cannot match them.
