You can go on line to the attorney generals office in colorado and place your compalint against these people on line. If you have documentation you can send it along with your complaint. I was charged for something i never received then was sent two bottles of an item i did not order, to make a long story short, i returned the 2 bottles to aurora coloarado registered mail have proppf they received it and they have refused to credit my credit card for about $174,000 so i have filed a complaint against them with the atttorney generals's office in colorado and better business bureau please go on line and advise them yourselves as to your personal complaint against these people!!! They will investigate.
