They answer phone and wil cancel order, but sometimes out of stock

I requested a telephone, the 2nd evening obtained a contact having said that the phone wasn't readily available for delivery, and have me to pick a different one. I named and also the customer support did reply the phone. I stated I don't like every additional telephones, requested to get a return.in 10 minutes I acquired return.

Others said they dont anwser telephone isn't proper, they truly are in China, various time-zone. Our unconfort is the fact that they dont maintain their inventory availability acurate.
