NYS is lazy

I received what i believed would be my birth certificate recently. Alternatively it had been a notice declaring that no report was discovered. Happy i settled the 65.00 to possess nothing completed with no refund. I approached nys to discover that i had a need to contact the town worker where I had been created. After investing 5 mins about the telephone with this particular fantastic lady (town worker) she stated "why yes we've you the following. Today all that's necessary to complete is jot down your data and send it in my experience having a 10.00 check and you'll be-all established!" Perhaps NYS must employ me which city clerk to place forth some work!!! Named essential check and had reimbursement demand subjected to so we will have what goes on...
