We ordered a dvd of lst season of "head case" which is a 2009 new sitcom. Plus, we ordered a dvd of 3 seasons of "the mentalist". We received the 1st dvd. Then received an email that the mentalist would be released and shipped in Sept.
Never did we hear of any subscription or club with dues or costs. Our checking account has been charged 6.34 and 19. 95 on 6/30/09 which was puzzling to us. Trying to reach them by phone was futile. On 7/28/09 our account was charged another $19.95 and I guessed what they were doing. Charging us a monthly fee for their
service (??? For their service of selling us a dv???) By phone, Freddie told us he couldnot debit our account for the 2 charges of 19.95 each for dues that we knew about and never signed up for. Do not fall for this scam11111
