Unauthorized Charges

Not only does the company not give you clearly stated information about cancelling within 14days, but once you cancel they still bill you. I cancelled with them, naturally after I received a statement from my bank that I had been charged $88.90, this was done in September, on December 7, I was charged another $88.90 but this time it was under the name of a different company. When I called that company, it was then that I was told that another company was using their name and charging people's accounts and that company was none other than, you guessed it, Colon Cleanse 3000/Acai Berry. When I called the company they were very rude however very swift in verifying that my account had been cancelled and they would submit a refund. They never addressed that fact that it was charged under another name and the fact that they were so quick to offer the refund with no questions asked leads me to believe that they wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible and answer as few questions as possible. I just happen to be one that they couldn't get over on, the problem is that they are obviously getting away with this somewhere otherwise they wouldn't even try. My Advice&DON'T DO IT! Don't even get caught up with this company. It is a scam!!!
