Took money never saw product

I requested an instyler in the site buyhairflatirons.com situated in Cedar Park, Texas on 9-26-09. Was sent a message confirming order. I responded requesting delivery data and tracking number. Got an answer and was supplied with important tracking number. I still haven't obtained the merchandise and contains been per month. After I approached the US Postal assistance I had been informed they never obtained the bundle for running. Can you please help me.
