Treadmill ordered, not delivered

We requested a Bowflex treadmill from liquidationdepot.net using the greendot cash pak that people purchased from Wal Mart. Here we're 16 times after verification that it had been requested without any method to enter contact n / the organization, liquidation website, to discover when it's to reach. This makes me ill! After I called my police department. To record a police statement these were basically no aid whatsoever. Any suggestions about ways to get my $700 back could be excellent!
