Cancellation of free trial

On 31 August I registered to get a free 7-day trial account with free creditreport.com. I really couldnot can get on the website to inform them that I needed to stop and never have something placed on my charge card. I'd prefer to protest about their insufficient a telephone number or perhaps a site where individuals may visit stop their providers inside the time-limit provided. I've 2 days left before creditreport cost my card. I actually donot need them to consider something out-of my bill. Please handle this issue together, since I don't think that it's an error on the component.
