Fake designer shoes / dont refund $

I ordered gucci and prada sneakers and a gucci belt from this company. When I recieved the items I could clearly tell that they were not authentic (even thought they came with the authenticity card and dust bag). As soon as I opened the box I re-packed the items and proceeded to return them.in this box I had packed the sneakers and the belt all together. This was since the beginning of October of this year. I received a refund for the belt but never recieved the refund for the sneakers. I have since contacted the company everyday for two months and still nothing. They told me back in October that they were working on the problem. (It is the end of the year and Im out alot of money)
