I known four individuals to AT & T Uverse due to their AT&T Recommendations plan in-May of and didn't get the benefits for them. On the site it requests their telephone number or their bill number. I joined their telephone numbers. After waiting a few months, with no benefits, I named and was informed that I'd to enter using the consideration figures, the CS representative stated that she'd reenter using their bill number. This program is just a laugh, its like its an "imperfect" plan. I eventually received 50% of my benefits after numerous calls and numerous grievances. However waiting about the partner and its own been more than 4 weeks. Exactly what the heck??? I called these folks and ATT got new clients but I get only a frustration in exchange. I've spoken to numerous administrators plus they are no aid, they claim they simply work-in the phone call centre plus they believe this program is just a laugh aswell. Excellent! No support! With no one appears to treatment

Worst program ever!

I'll never reccomend one to ATT Uverse again...
