Charged my cc w/out permission

This is ridiculous, I ordered a 4.95 grant info. I found out today I have been charged 39.85 and on top of that somehow (wouldn't really know... NOT) other grant companies have been charging my cc without my knowledge or permission. I only found out today and I am suppose to call them to get my money back. How the crap do you get the number. It's ridiculous, I am on disability and cannot afford this.

I have already gotten a new card, but have to wait to get any money or pay bills until the new one comes in (7-10 days). I don't know how I am suppose to do this???
