Scammed $898.16 from me

This company contacted me and told me that i was approved for a $5,000.00 loan and that i had to pay four months premium up-front due to my credit score which totaled $898.16. Foolishly i sent the premium in and then was informed that i had to pay an additional $500.00 i immediately told the representative (gabbie brooks) that i wanted arefund of the premium and she stated that it would take 5-15 days, well that has passed and i still have not received my refund. Everytime i call the company@ 1-888-625-5194 they pretend to contact me to the refund department only to get the voicemail or continuous hang-ups.
I have been doing research on this company and they say they are located in phoenix, az but they called me from a number out of new york (646-536-9090) i cant seem to get an answer when i call this number but i am determined to get my money back and bring this phony company down and whomever responsible for taking my money.
I have contacted the bbb and the fcc. Anyone that has any information on this company please let me in on it. If there is a class action suit i want to be involved.
