Iped me off

I ordered ugg boots from this site for my son, so he could give them to his girlfriend for xmas I ordered them on 11/5/08. I received an email from them saying my order was received and I would be notified when the where shipped. I haven't received any notification or the boots. I have emailed them 3 times asking where the boots are and I have heard nothing from them. It wasn't till today that after doing a yahoo search on them that I read all of the complaints. My husband is calling our credit card company and going to see what can be done to get a refund.
