Unauthorized charges on my credit card

I purchased a 19.95 pdf file (from Barton Publishing). These people got my card number, apparently they work with Barton, and billed my 29.90 for a "subscription". If I hadn't noticed they would have gone on billing me indefinitely! When I called, they refused to refund the money, and one rep hung up on me!
