I registered to get a test amount of 10 times to examine use of government grants online for $3.95. I had been unable to access the web site and terminated my providers inside the 10-day trial period. I had been billed $59.69 on my charge card so when I named to truly have the cost returned I had been informed they have a-7 day return plan. This can be a fraud.
