Mabinogi gold - ripped off

I requested some mabinogi platinum (only under $10 price) from gameci.com and also the organization never shipped. Their site claims they'll provide in 30 - 90 units but its currently been 2 times. I've been communicating with folks from the organization plus they keep showing me to return in 12 hours or even the following day. They actually attempted to obtain me to deliver them a duplicate of the image identification, along with a backup of my charge card to confirm the purchase. Yes right. After declining they stated they'd recognize the purchase that one time-but have yet in the future through. I've started a through PayPal and also have yet to obtain a reaction.
