Calling constantly advising me to go to this website

Somebody from phone number 202-683-1404 is constantly calling me informing this is definitely an office displayed through Washington D.C. For grant cash available from public, personal and non profit businesses, and additional informing that I'm entitled to as much as $25,000.00. Concept would be to either phone or visit site to demand, etc. Since I'm in a poor condition economically (as our atleast 1 / 2 of the folks of America), it'd be super easy to drop to get a scam-like this. These folks SHOULD BE STOPPED!!! So what can we do? Please recommend.
