Nov. 30 I went to K-mart in Huntsville, Al to trade 2 pair of Joe Boxer sweat pants for another color and I had the worse experiance I've ever had. 3 people in front of me and I waited for over an hour. The people behind the counter was all working on a cash register shortage, 1 might ring up part of an order and then she would leave and the other one was calling her back, I've never seen anything like it that went on for more than an hour. No where on this web-site can I find a place for the survey to win $2500 gift card, this has been a joke...
