Internet scam

I paid an $84 membership to Todd Ash's traffic exchange site, then advertisingandselling.com, now advertisingandselling.net, when I was dabbling in a bit of affiliate marketing back in 2006. The site promised payment of $350 for clicking on the various clicks promoting the other sites etc. I reached this threshold three times but wasn't paid despite chasing up Todd Ash numerous times. He would finally reply with some lame excuse but still no money.
