People r rude

I work on a menards and cant think the folks we get. I work-in the rec division and cant stay half the folks i cope with. Ive been endangered, pressed, screamed at, cussed out, you identify it. If individuals arrived at me and start to become an entire butt do you believe im likely to assist you to. We're understaffed and not have sufficient people working.individuals have to relax and recognize this. If somebody needs to delay an additional 5-10 units they panic. I love my work, but dislike the folks that store there. Folks wonder why they never get aid, 90% of the folks are total assholes. Its not our problem if anything is available in broken or hasn't arrived it nonetheless.individuals have to recognize this and prevent getting it on the employees. Same goes for results, its not the employees plan its the shops. Dont remove it on-US, were simply performing our careers!
