Guaranteed a reimbursement program of expense resources over a period of time of 1 5 years. Once the strategy fell apart they sent reimbursement slides via web and requested they be notorized and delivered for them.

It was done. No reimbursement actually materialized, simply more reasons and slowing as much as the last mail right before Holiday 2007 stating these were focusing on the issue and guaranteed we'd all be having a "happy Holiday". Nevertheless no reimbursement of the $15, ooo expense.
