Unauthorized billing

I had been enrolled without my agreement in Consumers Savings that has been subtracting $10.00 from my charge card for that previous 6 months. I named the telephone # stated on my charge card deal and terminated my "account" and was informed I'd be returned for that six $10.00 funds in 3-5 business days. The client support representative explained that I evidently visited on the discount for $10 off my next purchase (that we don't remember performing) after producing an internet purchase @ KBToys in December. He mentioned that after I visited about the "discount" (that we still do not remember performing), I had been instantly signed up for their support to get a one month free path. He claims since the account wasn't terminated, I started acquiring billed for that support "because it plainly mentioned after I visited about the $10.00 off my next purchase." I simply approached the corporation today 8/3/08.
