Unauthorized withdrawls from my bank account

Did not authorize charges to my account. The charges have been showing on my debit account for at least 6 months. This a fraudulent charge. I tried to call the phone number and you can not talk to anyone and when you try to get your member ID # it won't give it to you. I am VERY PISSED! I will be taking futher action.
