Charges taken out of credit card monthly

Our charge card business informed me nowadays (The Scam Department) asking about costs of $11.95 from MNI Credit returning to April. Somehow I Have overlooked this, but HAVEN'T activated or approved these costs. How can this end? I'm being released today a brand new card # although it has been researched. Be careful.
