Took my money, never gave me my product

I invested over $100.00 purchasing a box-set and also the organization never delivered me the merchandise. I left voicemails, e-mails, and not seen back. Once I sent the organization informing them I'd approached the Greater Business Institution the organization published me stating the DVD was on back-order. I sent the organization again and stated I'd been guaranteed the merchandise 8 weeks before and informed it'd be accessible per week from after I had last talked to some sales person. I SUBSEQUENTLY received a contact having said that I had been never BILLED for that item. I delivered one in exchange by having an addition of my lender info showing I'd been billed and when again never heard something.

I purchased these in Jan which is currently nearly Might.

I'm deeply saddened to possess invested $100 on anything I never obtained. I'm like I simply put it away! Exactly what a horrible method to operate a company.
