Fraudulent bill for collection!

I had been refused for credit due to a fake statement from Afni, Inc. They stated verizon place this consideration directly into selection. I've never had a verizon telephone or any type of support together. After I did a research on the web there is someone else from Nampa, Identification the same thing happened to. He explained he settled the statement to obtain it from his credit history. Can there be more available such as this? Seems like a fraud in my experience.
